The Ministry of Interior faced the challenge of enhancing children’s safety by giving parents reliable, privacy-respecting tools for round‑the‑clock communication and rapid emergency response. To meet this need the Ministry promoted the HEMAYATI smartphone application — developed using Valomnia’s technologies in Mobility, Geofencing, IoT, Security and Personal Data Privacy — to enable parents to monitor and protect their children while preserving consent and data protection.

Valomnia implemented the HEMAYATI solution with built‑in Smart SOS, geofencing and secure identity verification, and made it available on iOS and Android. The app lets children send distress calls directly to parents and, with one click, forward signals to Operation Rooms for prioritized assistance, achieving a targeted emergency response time of four minutes; it has strengthened the Ministry of Interior’s ability to locate and protect children while supporting the UAE Vision 2021 safety goals.
