Juratoys strengthens its Sales team with the perfect sales automation solution

Juratoys, a French maker of wooden and learning toys with tens of thousands of customers and thousands of SKUs, faced growing complexity: managing over 20,000 customers and around 10,000 products across markets while 35 field sales reps in France and 10 in the US struggled with time-consuming paperwork, heavy product catalogs and the need to synchronize mobile workflows with the company ERP. To address these issues Juratoys selected Valomnia’s mobile solution, Valomnia Sales, to modernize its field sales processes.

Valomnia implemented Valomnia Sales to provide two‑way synchronization between tablets and the enterprise server, an interactive digital catalog, offline access to customer and stock data, and a user-friendly dashboard. As a result Juratoys gained real‑time access to customer records (with geolocation), streamlined ordering and billing, improved sales rep efficiency and control over the sales process, and reduced quote‑to‑order conversion times as well as order and delivery lead times.
