Valomnia addressed this challenge by proposing its Valomnia Sales solution to replace manual order-taking and catalog handling.
Valomnia implemented the Valomnia Sales app—an interactive digital catalog with dedicated product descriptions, two-way synchronization between server and tablet, real-time inventory, order tracking and customer/billing retrieval with geolocation—which automated order-taking and eliminated redundancy. As a result, Valomnia helped simplify sales processes, improve sales rep efficiency and control, and measurably reduce quote-to-order conversion times as well as order and delivery times.
