AB InBev, the world’s largest brewer headquartered in Leuven and operating in 25 countries with sales in 100+ markets, needed to modernize its information systems to control distribution of more than 200 brands, centralize sales, orders and delivery feedback, monitor sales reps across countries, manage product catalogs and present its portfolio in a premium way. To meet these challenges AB InBev engaged Valomnia and deployed a Valomnia mobile order-management and back-office solution integrated with WorldPay for payment processing.

Valomnia implemented a unified platform including a mobile app for order intake with real-time inventory and promotions, tools for managing salesmen and distribution areas, picking/packing and warehouse management, predictive demand tools, centralized product/category administration, and order history and sales statistics by employee and product; WorldPay integration handles payments. The Valomnia solution gave AB InBev centralized control over distribution for 200+ brands across its global operations, real-time visibility into orders and stock, consolidated sales metrics and an ergonomic digital catalog that modernized the company’s product presentation.
