Valo’s innovative intranet solution improves information sharing

Elevations Credit Union, a Boulder, Colorado–based financial cooperative of about 550 employees, needed a modern intranet to support its community-driven, collaborative culture. The legacy 12-year-old intranet was a basic splash page that forced heavy reliance on email; Elevations wanted an engaging, easy-to-update one‑stop portal for documents, news, people info and social activity. Valo implemented Valo Intranet with features like a news carousel, Mega Menu, People Directory, events and intuitive search, and made “The Peak” the default homepage. As a result Valo’s platform now handles all low-urgency company-wide communications (cutting standalone emails), lets staff publish and engage easily, speeds finding past news and key dates, and unified the 550+ workforce—delivered from inception to launch in about a month with strong positive staff feedback.
