KNAPP AG, a global automation and software provider with more than 4,000 employees across 35+ locations, faced a fragmented on‑premise intranet that made content hard to find and didn’t support multilingual, group‑wide publishing. To create a responsive, cloud‑based digital workplace they selected Valo (Valo Intranet) to close the remaining functional gaps in their Office 365/SharePoint environment.

Valo, working with partner Solvion, implemented Valo Intranet (branded internally as KNAPPnet) with global navigation, a multilingual add‑on, improved search, mobile access, and collaboration tools (group chat, document sharing, task management and Outlook integration). The Valo solution was rolled out globally, giving more than 4,000 users access to a central, multilingual platform, simplifying cross‑subsidiary collaboration, reducing technical barriers for content editors, and making information and colleagues easier to find.
