Valo Teamwork Improves Microsoft Teams Usage For International Sustainable Living Company

Vapo Group, an international sustainable-living company headquartered in Finland, needed a way to access legacy SharePoint workspaces and new Microsoft 365 groups after a merger and adoption of Microsoft Teams. They worked with Valo and its partner Blue Meteorite to extend their existing Valo Intranet environment by installing Valo Teamwork to manage both old and new collaboration spaces.

Valo implemented Valo Teamwork as a side-by-side upgrade (completed in about two months), preserving the familiar SharePoint user experience and natively integrating into Microsoft Teams. The result was quick installation, minimal end-user guidance, easier group discovery and self-joining of public groups, clearer ownership of private groups for access requests, and faster Teams adoption — all delivered by Valo.
