Physical Safety Institute (IFV), an independent Dutch administrative organization responsible for disaster relief and crisis management with roughly 300 employees, faced a static, visually outdated intranet that limited internal communication, collaboration and document storage. To create a modern, engaging platform for news, content sharing and teamwork they chose Valo’s cloud intranet solution (Valo Intranet and Valo Teamwork) running on Office 365/SharePoint.

Valo, implemented via Netherlands partner c)solutions, delivered the branded IFVConnect intranet, trained staff for early adoption and added Yammer and mobile apps for Android/iOS. The outcome was a social, mobile-accessible intranet with centralized document storage and digital collaboration spaces, improved project-based working across locations, and no mailbox/storage limits (each user receives 1 TB cloud storage), visibly uniting the geographically scattered organization.
