Reggesteyn School Intranet strengthens cohesion and promotes collaboration

Reggesteyn School, a Netherlands community school with 400+ staff and three locations, needed an intranet to unite colleagues, improve communication and reduce reliance on email. They selected Valo (supported by local partner Yellow Arrow) and adopted Valo Intranet and Valo Teamwork, built on SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, to create a single digital hub for staff collaboration.

Valo, implemented by Yellow Arrow, delivered a SharePoint-based central portal accessible from any device and rolled out with hands-on user sessions and onsite support. The Valo solution let teachers log in from any location to the same environment, keep each other constantly informed, share educational innovations across the three sites, reduce email dependency and strengthen cohesion—benefiting the school’s 400+ staff and its 2,900 pupils—while remaining flexible for future refinements.
