Oriflame, a Swedish direct-selling cosmetics company with about 7,000 employees and operations in 60 countries, needed a more efficient global communications platform to support its network of independent resellers and a rapidly changing product range. To build the “world’s best digital workplace,” Oriflame selected Valo’s solution, implementing Valo Intranet (delivered by Fujitsu) as its new global intranet.
Valo deployed the Valo Intranet as Togethernet 2.0, a ready-to-go platform that supports mobile devices, social interactions and teamwork, bringing production, sales, R&D and corporate teams together across 60 countries. The Valo solution unified internal communications for more than 5,000 users (~7,000 employees), improving information sharing and collaboration across the reseller network and helping Oriflame progress toward its productivity and employee well‑being goals.
