OmaSp, a Finnish savings bank serving about 140,000 customers with roughly 300 professionals across 32 branches, needed to replace a clunky, older SharePoint intranet so staff could find information quickly in customer-service situations and content creators (10–20 people) could publish faster. After evaluating options, OmaSp chose Valo and its Valo Intranet (introduced by Valo’s Finnish partner Blue Meteorite) to stay within the Microsoft 365/SharePoint ecosystem and meet those usability goals.
Valo implemented Valo Intranet with features like the Valo Toolbox, Mega Menu and improved search, delivering a cloud-based, Microsoft-compatible platform.
