Flowable Group, a Swiss software development company with teams in 14 locations, needed a way to connect an international, often remote workforce, move processes off FileShare, and impose tighter workspace governance so IT could track owners, departments and lifecycle for every workspace. To solve this they chose Valo and its Valo Teamwork solution.

Valo Teamwork, implemented for Flowable Group by Valo’s Premium Partner Beetroot AG, created a single-view dashboard across Office 365 and SharePoint (on-prem) that enables self-service workspace creation, chat-style collaboration, and template-based approval workflows. As a result, Valo Teamwork gave IT full oversight of workspace ownership, department and location, allowed permissioning by seniority, integrated with PowerApps and third-party apps, and—since launch eight months ago—has simplified daily collaboration so users open and manage project and quote workspaces on demand.
