Enerflex Branded Global Communication Tool

Enerflex, headquartered in Calgary with about 2,000 employees across 60 locations in 15 countries, needed a modern, branded intranet to keep employees connected and deliver both global and regionally specific communications after moving to Office 365. They chose Valo (deployed on SharePoint Online) to replace a seven‑year‑old intranet and meet requirements for consistent branding, better collaboration, and an improved user experience.

Valo was implemented (with Blue Meteorite as implementation partner) along with add-ons including the social hub, people finder, admin toolpack and a customized events hub to deliver a SharePoint Online‑based, branded global communication tool. The Valo solution improved look-and-feel and functionality, strengthened communications across Enerflex’s 60 locations, provided a feature-rich platform with low and predictable TCO, and earned praise for proactive updates and reliable ongoing support.
