A Valo Case Study
BS PAYONE, a German payments service provider with about 500 employees, needed to modernize internal communication and collaboration: search was poor, documents were scattered, there was no mobile access and project work wasn’t supported. To address this, BS PAYONE selected Valo (Valo Intranet) — delivered by German Valo partner GIS AG and built on SharePoint 2016 — to replace the legacy intranet.
Using Valo Intranet, GIS implemented a responsive, mobile-ready platform with corporate and personalized news, multilingual support, approval workflows, team and project workspaces, an enterprise wiki and a download area; a high-availability SharePoint infrastructure was commissioned in BS PAYONE’s data center. The solution was rolled out to all ~500 employees after an eight-month project, supported by key-user training, video learning and on-site workshops, resulting in improved findability, collaboration and mobile access across the organization — all powered by Valo.
