Valmet's solution utilized magnetic resonance technology to provide rapid and accurate moisture analysis directly on the plant floor. This eliminated the need to transport samples to a lab and wait 24 hours for results. The implementation improved biofuel quality, decreased work phases, provided immediate data for the purchasing process, and became an officially accepted method in the plant's quality control.
