Supporting Orange Business Services in harmonizing its use of Jira

Orange, through Orange Applications for Business, needed to harmonise how its 1,800 employees used Jira after a merger left teams working with different tools and highly customised configurations. To support development, bug tracking, and project monitoring, Orange turned to Valiantys for help with Jira Software and Confluence.

Valiantys helped Orange standardise and adapt Jira around native capabilities, centralise administration, and create a training programme for around 100 project managers across more than 10 sessions. The result was a more stable, secure, and consistent Jira platform across 500+ active projects, saving significant time for both teams and administrators while laying the groundwork for parallel sprints and controlled traceability with Confluence linked to Jira.
