Leading Insurance Company, one of the world’s largest insurers, faced a major compliance challenge under new French insurance regulations requiring proactive contact with beneficiaries of inactive contracts. With billions of euros at stake and strict ACPR audits looming, the company needed a reliable way to manage a large, complex backlog and coordinate multiple stakeholders, including external investigators and genealogists. Valiantys delivered a fully operational solution in less than six months, built on Jira Core with additional Atlassian tools and add-ons to manage contract tracking, data updates, workflows, and reporting across three Jira instances. The platform connected around 3,000 users and helped the insurer handle more than 1.5 million tickets across 300+ contract types, ultimately achieving compliance on time and avoiding fines.
