Large Industrial Company, a world-class organization operating in more than 150 countries with over 9,000 employees, needed a secure, user-friendly way to map and share its top 100 business processes across the enterprise. Working with Valiantys, the company chose Confluence and Jira Software to support a global knowledge management initiative that could be adopted easily by business users without specialized skills.

Valiantys deployed the Confluence instance in just 5 weeks using Agile and Scrum, adding Marketplace apps such as Comala Workflows, Gliffy, and Scroll PDF Exporter to complete the solution. The rollout achieved strong adoption, with one space per department, more than 45,000 page views per month, and 2,500 users; 700 employees were trained with a 99.7% satisfaction rate. A second Confluence instance later brought together nearly 100 IT architects and developers, and future plans include integrating Confluence with Jira Service Desk.
