AXELOS, the publisher and guardian of PRINCE2 and ITIL, needed to rapidly build and deliver applications to support a new business model as a fast-growing start-up. To do that efficiently, the team required application lifecycle management and testing tools that balanced cost, functionality, and ease of use. Valiantys helped AXELOS implement and train its team on Jira Software and Confluence.

Valiantys delivered a quick two-day implementation covering requirements gathering, setup, and testing, along with guidance to align Jira and Confluence with AXELOS’s Agile processes. As a result, AXELOS was able to launch its first Agile project within four weeks, quickly define business requirements, create user stories, and run sprints with better visibility and control over progress.
