Amadeus, a major European IT service provider for the global travel and tourism industry, needed a reliable way to support collaboration across more than 15,000 employees and 12,000 Confluence users. As Confluence grew into a mission-critical platform for departments including R&D, HR, Operations, and Maintenance, the company faced the challenge of keeping the system stable while managing high usage, thousands of spaces, and frequent content creation.

Valiantys helped Amadeus strengthen its Confluence Data Center environment by advising on Marketplace apps, validating changes before deployment, and supporting testing, monitoring, and migration automation. With Valiantys’ guidance, Amadeus now runs about ten approved apps, including Comala Workflows, while maintaining a stable collaborative platform that supports over 7,000 spaces and more than 8,000 pages created per day, helping foster a stronger culture of sharing across the company.
