Thermoplan launches myThermoplan with Valantic for 5,000 users and 3,500 documents

Thermoplan, a Swiss manufacturer of premium coffee machines for clients like Starbucks, faced challenges with an outdated and rarely used document platform. This created administrative burdens with printed materials and made it difficult to certify technicians for crucial maintenance. They partnered with valantic to create a modern, integrated service portal.

Valantic implemented the myThermoplan portal, featuring a user-defined dashboard, integrated document management with online search and sharing, and a connected Moodle e-learning platform for training and automatic certification. The results included a modern responsive design, increased efficiency through process integration, and a central gateway with single sign-on. The platform successfully onboarded 1,200 users at go-live with 3,500 documents stored, directly serving their global network of 5,000 technicians.
