The Austrian food retailer Mpreis faced the challenge of modernizing its marketing strategy to create a seamless, personalized omnichannel customer experience. To achieve this, Mpreis partnered with vendor Valantic to integrate and expand its existing Bloomreach customer data platform (CDP).
Valantic implemented a solution that consolidated Mpreis's tech stack by decommissioning three separate tools and centralizing operations into the CDP. This enabled omnichannel marketing automation, personalized recommendations, and streamlined customer journeys.
