valantic implemented a three-phase approach to create a consolidated customer typology. The result was a reduction from over 100 customer groups to just ten, categorized into four main types. This provided Mainzer Stadtwerke with a common view of its customer base, enabling it to strengthen customer centricity, improve customer satisfaction, and identify significant synergy potentials for future cross-selling and innovation.
