A Valantic Case Study

Preview of the Korian Deutschland GmbH Case Study

Korian Deutschland GmbH digitizes procurement for 4,000 users with Valantic

Korian Deutschland GmbH, a major German healthcare provider operating over 230 facilities, sought to digitize and optimize its purchasing processes. To address this challenge, they initially implemented the Ivalua platform to create their "Koriando" eProcurement suite. Shortly after the technical go-live, they retained the vendor valantic for after-go-live support and to contribute expertise in digitalizing these processes.

valantic provided comprehensive support, including integrating the specialized food procurement software necta into Ivalua, restructuring procurement processes, and optimizing interfaces with systems like SAP. A key result was valantic taking over 1st and 2nd-level support for approximately 2,000 users in Germany, ensuring they could work productively with the new system. valantic successfully managed the roll-out, fixed bugs in the invoicing module, and provided training, ultimately guaranteeing the productive use of the optimized platform across the organization.
