Johnson & Johnson, a leading global pharmaceutical company, faced the challenge of harmonizing its salesforce automation processes across its extensive EMEA operations while aiming to become an omnichannel-driven organization. They partnered with valantic to build a unified Veeva CRM solution that could be leveraged across more than 35 countries, allowing for slight localizations while ensuring a shared understanding and high adoption.

Over an eight-year partnership, valantic provided consultancy and business analysis for the Salesforce Automation solution, supporting areas like call planning and territory management. They also managed the migration to Lightning Experience/Veeva Sunrise and became the preferred partner for delivering all MyInsights reports and dashboards. As a result of this collaboration, valantic helped create a highly adopted platform now used by over 15,000 users, successfully harmonizing sales processes across the region.
