huber+suhner, a global provider of connectivity solutions, faced the challenge of creating a seamless online experience by integrating its website, shop, and configurable products while working with limited internal resources. To achieve this, they partnered with valantic for strategic support and to evaluate and implement new software solutions for eCommerce, product information management (PIM), and customer identity and access management (CIAM).

valantic implemented a robust eCommerce platform on SAP Commerce Cloud and a central PIM system, Viamedici EPIM, which were integrated with the company's existing ERP and CRM. This provided a unified visual presence and a single source of truth for product data. The results included intuitive user guidance, fully integrated order processing, and the automatic creation of data sheets for thousands of products, establishing a solid and scalable digital foundation for huber+suhner.
