The Swiss retailer Coop sought to modernize its long-standing online grocery service, coop@home, to provide a more intuitive and faster shopping experience for its customers. To achieve this, Coop partnered with the vendor valantic to redevelop its e-commerce platform using the SAP Commerce Cloud (SAP Hybris).
