XP Adopts a Customer-Centric Approach to Build an End-to-End Learning Ecosystem

XP Inc., a Brazilian investment management company, needed a better way to support learning and career growth as it expanded rapidly and shifted to a remote-first model called XP Anywhere. Its existing LMS was focused on compliance training and did not support continuous learning, content authoring, tailored recommendations, or broader knowledge sharing across the company.

Working with Valamis, XP Inc. launched Campus XP as an end-to-end learning ecosystem with a single UI, content creation tools, recommendations, and communities for forums and wikis. The rollout led to a 5x increase in engagement, 8x monthly active users, 3x monthly access logins per user, an 85% increase in logins, and a 43% rise in learner-authored content; the platform also reached an 87% Net Promoter Score.
