Magyar Telekom, the Hungarian telecommunications and broadband provider, wanted a single learning portal that could bring together internal and external content, support both managers and employees in identifying development areas, and replace manual completion reporting with better user data. In 2021, the company partnered with Valamis to implement a cloud-based learning platform with both LMS and LXP capabilities.

Valamis configured a 5,800-license baseline, added a subsite structure, and supported content integrations, workshops, and a custom integration with Percipio. The TOP5 Learning Program delivered strong results, with 2,780 employees voluntarily choosing a skill to work on, including 170 company leaders, and a 60% completion rate for the target group; non-compulsory training attrition was 14%.
