Bazar Solutions, Inc., a Texas-based managed service provider serving more than 122 clients, faced persistent email security challenges: their external email gateway interfered with Microsoft 365’s native encryption, phishing and spear‑phishing attacks bypassed post-delivery defenses, and URL rewriting undermined user training—creating extra support tickets and help‑desk workload. To address this, Bazar evaluated Vade Secure and implemented Vade for M365 as a native, API‑integrated email security solution.

Vade Secure deployed Vade for M365 with Machine Learning, Computer Vision, continual scanning and Auto‑Remediate plus Vade Threat Coach for targeted user training, enabling post‑delivery remediation and centralized MSP management. The result for Bazar Solutions, Inc. was dramatically reduced help‑desk tickets (“very few, if any, real tickets”), improved phishing remediation and user awareness, and rapid customer adoption (a dozen clients on Vade for M365 with plans to expand to 60–80 clients and ~1,800 mailboxes).
