SJSU Expands Outdoor Security For Students And Faculty While Avoiding Expensive Trenching Costs

San Jose State University’s Police Department, responsible for a 19‑block campus with more than 33,000 students, staff and faculty but only 30 sworn officers, needed a way to monitor and react to dangerous incidents in real time without the manpower or costly infrastructure work.
