V12 worked with New England Automotive Dealer, an 8-rooftop dealership group in New England, to solve major data and targeting challenges. The dealer struggled to identify in-market shoppers visiting competitive lots or browsing online, lacked insight into vehicle owners by make and model within its trade area, could not convert anonymous web traffic, and had inaccurate or missing CRM contact data across about 1 million records.
V12 implemented database cleanse and enhancement, in-market intent targeting, and a new customer acquisition program using email, direct mail, display, and social retargeting. The campaign added consumer and vehicle insights, identified shoppers across dealer and web channels, and delivered strong results in the first 90 days, including $1.29 million in gross, 435,000 individuals identified across channels, 6,548 people identified through WebID, 44 cars sold, and 210,000 potential customers uncovered around a new dealership location.
