V12 worked with a furniture retailer, a well-known modular furniture manufacturer and retailer, that had launched a new high-end technology-driven sofa sectional. The retailer needed to identify and reach customers most likely to buy a luxury furniture line.
V12 developed a custom blended audience of pre- and post-movers who were in-market for furniture and had a certain household income, then ran a multi-touch acquisition email campaign and an always-on social campaign. The effort delivered email open rates of 6.65% to 10.10%, an average email CTR of 3.56%, average ROAS of 3,256%, and more than $1.5MM in attributed sales in one month.
