V12 implemented MoverMatch to identify FrontPoint customers in different stages of a move, including potential pre-movers, verified pre-movers, and post-movers, so FrontPoint could send targeted messaging about transferring or purchasing products and monitoring services. V12 reported that the program matched an average of 7.7% of FrontPoint customers to MoverTech, increased retention of current customers by 8%, and reduced cancellations by 9%.
