Endsleigh Insurance Services, one of the UK’s largest insurance intermediaries, faced slow, paper-based purchase-to-pay processes, frequent lost or misfiled invoices, and costly off-site archiving. To resolve this, Endsleigh selected V1 Limited’s DbArchive, a document imaging solution tightly integrated with its Microsoft Great Plains ERP.

V1 Limited implemented DbArchive to scan, image and auto‑tag invoices into Great Plains and enable web-based electronic approvals and automated approver notifications. The result: invoice approval times fell by five days, the off-site Cheltenham archive lease was ended (saving thousands), a 12‑mile roundtrip for archive retrieval was eliminated, document retrieval and expenditure control improved, and CO2 and administrative costs were reduced.
