CIPFA, the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy, was managing around 1,500 events and 16,000 delegates a year across multiple offices using disparate systems, a time-consuming and costly process that generated large volumes of paperwork. To address this, CIPFA engaged V1 Limited and implemented V1 Learning & Training Management (V1 LTM) as a single, integrated solution to replace its fragmented applications.

V1 Limited’s V1 LTM centralized registrations, invoicing, certification and reporting, automated web sales and communications, and introduced Room Booking and Hot Desking modules for its London headquarters. The solution cut administration, sped up invoicing and KPI reporting, moved CIPFA to an almost paperless process (saving about 50,000 pieces of paper a year) and continues to deliver ongoing efficiencies across the organisation.
