C&G Services, a UK training provider that has delivered training to over 200,000 people, faced administrative inefficiencies after restructuring: administration coordinators needed a way to centralise all course documentation, manage multiple course “products” (fees, certification cards, books) and streamline bookings and client compliance evidence. To address this, C&G Services adopted V1 Limited’s V1 Learning & Training Management v.6 through the Early Adopter Programme.

V1 Limited implemented V1 L&TM v.6 to centralise documentation, merge data into PDFs, record all products against a course (with items reflected on invoices), and enable emailing from the database with activities logged centrally. The solution increased administrative efficiency, freed sales coordinators to focus on client needs, sped production of course materials, and made it simple to produce compliance evidence for clients and regulators, while improving communications and record-keeping across the team.
