Capita, the UK’s leading provider of training solutions within The Capita Group, faced the challenge of consolidating data from multiple systems, enabling secure web-based access for learners and staff, and reducing a heavy administrative burden around course booking and delivery while expanding managed training services. To address this, Capita selected V1 Limited and its V1 Learning and Training Management (V1 LTM) software.

V1 Limited implemented V1 LTM to deliver branded self-service portals, HR and finance integrations (including SAP), automated booking, communications and authorisations, and managed-service capabilities for clients such as Swindon, Southampton and Harrow. The solution increased administrator capacity, improved data accuracy and customer service, and automated lifecycle processes — helping Capita achieve savings in the order of 40% and significantly reduce time spent on booking-related administration.
