Aset, an international oil & gas training specialist based in Aberdeen, faced slow, manual administration spread across siloed systems for marketing, bookings, scheduling and billing that threatened its ability to scale. To solve this, Aset selected V1 Limited’s V1 Learning & Training Management (LTM) to replace disparate databases and provide a single integrated platform for course booking, scheduling, attendee records and invoicing.

V1 Limited implemented V1 LTM with customised reporting, compliance checks and centralised access (with a customer portal in development), which enabled Aset to automate routine tasks and gain real-time visibility across the business. The results: Aset’s business has almost tripled in four years, average delegates handled rose from about 80 to 220 per day, booking staff fell from six to four (overall managers reduced from six to four), and the company can add new course dates in minutes — all with improved client reporting and fewer administrative errors.
