ArjoHuntleigh, a global leader in care solutions for people with reduced mobility, needed to streamline its costly, third‑party–fulfilled invoicing process and gain greater flexibility. In early 2011 the company engaged V1 Limited to integrate its DbForm (electronic document creation) and DbMail (electronic delivery) solutions with ArjoHuntleigh’s MAX ERP at the Luton office.

V1 Limited implemented automated PDF invoicing and email delivery, eliminating 70,000 paper invoices a year, cutting stationery and postage costs, and freeing finance staff for value‑adding work. The change reduced paper waste, improved customer service, and is expected to deliver a return on investment in less than 12 months, with plans to roll the V1 Limited solution out across more of the business.
