V1 Limited implemented its software tightly integrated into SunSystems, centralising electronic invoice storage and automating invoice authorisation across locations. As a result, Amethyst now closes its accounts four days sooner, processes around 15,000 invoices a year more quickly, saved the equivalent of half a person’s time, eliminated third‑party archiving costs worth thousands of pounds, achieved a 100% invoice record and reduced supplier queries and late‑payment penalties.
