Whirlpool, the global home appliance manufacturer with more than 100 franchise stores across Turkey, needed deeper operational insight to make smarter business decisions after being dissatisfied with a previous provider. Whirlpool partnered with V-Count to obtain reliable traffic data and customer behavior analytics through V-Count’s Business Intelligence Platform and people-counting technology.

V-Count integrated Whirlpool’s existing people-counting devices, deployed new V-Count 3D Alpha+ sensors in additional locations, and centralized the data in its BI platform, enabling Whirlpool to optimize staff scheduling and significantly improve the effectiveness of window displays and in-store campaigns. Since partnering with V-Count (January 2017), these key metrics have driven daily operational decisions and measurable improvements in store performance.
