Türk Telekom, Turkey’s leading communications and convergence technologies company, faced the challenge of operating and benchmarking more than 1,000 geographically dispersed stores while accurately measuring footfall, conversion rates and customer engagement. To address this, they partnered with V-Count and deployed visitor analytics technology, including V-Count’s 3D Alpha+ devices and the V-Count Business Intelligence Platform.
V-Count implemented 2,000+ 3D Alpha+ devices across 1,000+ stores and brought the system online in under 45 days, feeding centralized analytics into the V-Count Business Intelligence Platform. As a result, Türk Telekom can now monitor store operations and conversion rates from a single medium, gaining reliable retail analytics that improved store performance and decision-making.
