DeFacto, founded in 2003 and operating 400+ stores across Turkey, the Balkans, Turkic Republics and the Middle East, needed deeper in-store insight because sales data alone couldn’t explain customer behavior. To hit its 2025 goals — optimizing stores, merchandising and campaign effectiveness — DeFacto engaged V-Count and adopted its Business Intelligence Platform alongside V-Count 3D Alpha+ people-counting devices.
V-Count deployed 1,500+ 3D Alpha+ units across 400+ stores (partnering since January 2011) and fed visitor in/out and KPI data into its BI platform, enabling accurate staffing, power-hour planning and campaign measurement. The V-Count solution delivered actionable insights that lifted DeFacto’s conversion rate and revenues by 27% and materially improved store efficiency and resource allocation.
