Arcelik, a global consumer goods and electronics manufacturer, needed to measure growth across more than 600 locations and better understand visitor traffic to improve conversion rates, evaluate the impact of strategic shifts, and convert walk-ins into repeat customers. To address this, Arcelik partnered with V-Count and deployed V-Count 3D Alpha+ devices along with the V-Count Business Intelligence Platform.
V-Count’s 3D Alpha+ sensors (98% accuracy) and BI platform were installed across 465+ stores with 600+ devices, enabling Arcelik to quantify foot traffic, compare sales volume versus lost opportunities, and make data-driven retail decisions.
