A UXtweak Case Study

Preview of the Maltem Case Study

How Stéphanie Walter makes data-driven decisions in both work and personal projects

The customer, Maltem, faced the challenge of migrating users from an old tool to a new design. Their goal was to gather baseline data to mitigate the risks of this transition and to reassure stakeholders that decommissioning the old tool would be smooth. To meet this challenge, they utilized the UXtweak Survey tool.

Using UXtweak, the team conducted UMUX-Lite surveys to measure user satisfaction with both the old and new designs. The solution provided the raw data needed for in-house analysis, which proved the new tool performed significantly better. This data gave Maltem the confidence to make decisive product decisions and successfully complete the decommissioning process with a smooth transition.
