Alannah and Madeline Foundation Optimizing Educators’ Online Experience

The Alannah & Madeline Foundation, a national not-for-profit, needed an easy-to-use platform to test prototypes for their new eSmart Schools Portal with real educators. Their challenge was to understand user interactions and identify pain points in the design to guide their development process. They turned to UXtweak and utilized its Prototype Testing tool to achieve this.

UXtweak provided an intuitive solution that integrated seamlessly with the team's Figma prototypes, allowing for quick setup and the collection of both quantitative and qualitative data. Through iterative testing with 20 teachers, the foundation gained deep insights that led to massive design changes. The final, launched portal was completely different from the initial concept, resulting in a much-improved user experience with better navigation that is now used by educators across the state.
