Freeman Capital, a private wealth management firm founded in 2015 in Charlotte, NC, wanted to identify service gaps and improve the customer experience while working with a remote team. To learn how customers move through their services and share insights across departments, Freeman Capital adopted UXPressia’s Journey Mapping tool.
