The Next Frontier in User Experience Design: Bridging the Digital and Physical Divide

SapientNitro, a global marketing consultancy serving clients like Coca-Cola, Target and Lufthansa, faced the challenge of designing consistent, fully functional omni-channel experiences that work across digital and physical touchpoints. The team needed a way to move beyond static wireframes and fragile handoffs so they could test usability earlier, involve non-designers, and ensure designs both look and work across multiple platforms.

They adopted UXPin, a no-code rapid-prototyping platform, rolling it out across two offices and 20 seats to speed implementation and enable cross-disciplinary collaboration. UXPin’s ease of use allowed technical and non-technical team members to prototype and test earlier, uncover usability issues faster, and integrate design into development from the start—resulting in higher design quality, faster delivery, and improved client satisfaction on complex omni-channel projects.
