A UXPin Case Study
HBO, with millions of branded micro‑sites and a strict global style language, faced a challenge: static design reviews (wikis and wireframes) were too vague to support the high‑quality, interactive experiences the brand requires. When UX designer Tracy Dendy joined the team she needed a way to communicate animations and interactions clearly across designers, product managers and developers.
HBO adopted UXPin as its primary collaboration tool—“let’s UXPin it” became the new shorthand—allowing designers to build realistic, code‑free prototypes that developers can interact with and iterate on. The result was faster, more productive reviews, reduced developer rework, and greater creative freedom to deliver polished, interactive experiences aligned with HBO’s style.
